Yes. For web development, app development, logo design, and social media management (without on-site videography), we work with businesses anywhere in India. On-site videography is geographically limited to Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand for now.

For a website: your business name, a brief description of what you do, any photos you want used, your contact details, and any specific pages you need. We'll guide you through a short questionnaire after the discovery call so nothing gets missed. You don't need anything technical — that's our job.

All standard packages include two rounds of minor revisions (text changes, colour tweaks, image swaps) after delivery. Major structural changes or new pages after approval are billed as add-ons. We define the scope clearly upfront so there are no surprises — see our full terms for details.

Payments are made via UPI through our secure payment portal. You can pay 100% upfront (sometimes discounted) or use our 50/50 split — 50% to start, 50% on final delivery. For monthly social media retainers, payment is due at the start of each month. All payments are non-refundable once work begins, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments at no extra cost. After that, we offer ongoing support retainers or per-update pricing depending on your needs. Just reach out and we'll sort something out.
