By engaging with Elevate Digital ("Agency", "we", "us", "our") and submitting a payment, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Elevate Digital provides digital solutions in standardised packages and custom enterprise quotes. Our standard pricing:
Enterprise and custom projects are defined in a written proposal before payment. The amount submitted via our payment portal constitutes formal agreement to that scope. Requests outside the agreed scope are billed separately ("Scope Creep").
Payments are made via UPI on our official portal. Structure is either 100% upfront or a 50/50 split (50% to commence, 50% before final delivery).
All payments are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the Client, the Agency retains all paid funds for time rendered.
Standard packages include two (2) rounds of minor revisions. "Minor" means text edits, colour tweaks, or image swaps. Structural redesigns or new features after approval incur additional fees.
The Client must provide assets and feedback promptly. Projects with no Client communication for 14+ consecutive days are marked "Dormant." Reactivation may require a restart fee. Projects Dormant for 30+ days may be terminated without refund.
Full IP transfers to the Client upon final payment. The Agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless an NDA is signed prior to commencement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction resides in the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
